08-08-10. This is not an Arab. This is a Touareg in Libya.

I'll admit, I have some trouble keeping it all straight, too. Touareg (or Tuareg) are a subset of the Berber, who mostly live in N. and W. Africa, and Bedouin are a subset of Arabs, who live mostly in Egypt and the Middle East. I'll probably forget the specifics again, but that's not the point. The point is to even realize that there is a difference in the first place, and not to lump millions of people into a monolithic mass out of ignorance. This is something that people on both sides of these culture-clashing problems need to work on; some of the Arabs and Berbers might also be guilty of lumping all Americans together. The key here is *education*. I get tired of seeing and hearing so many ignorant people running their mouths.
